💳 Payment Policy

  • Full project cost must be paid as per milestone schedule mentioned in your proposal.

  • Initial payment is mandatory before project work begins.

  • All remaining payments must be made within 12 hours of milestone completion.

  • Website will not be made live or handed over until full payment is received.


❌ No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer any refunds once a milestone is delivered or work has started.

  • Please review demos and confirm satisfaction before proceeding to the next stage.

  • By making any payment, you agree to these terms.


⏱️ Delivery Timeline

  • Projects will be delivered within 72 working hours after receiving all required content and payment.

  • Delays due to late content submission from the client side will affect the timeline.


🔄 Revision Policy

  • Minor revisions (text/image changes, color tweaks) are included during the review phase.

  • Major changes to design, structure, or functionality after final approval will be charged separately.


🔐 Access & Handover

  • All website credentials (admin panel, hosting, etc.) will be shared only after the final payment.

  • We recommend updating passwords after handover for security.


🔧 Hosting & Maintenance

  • Hosting is provided via third-party platforms (Hostinger, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for issues related to downtime, hosting renewal, or third-party platform outages.

  • Clients are advised to renew domains/hosting on time to avoid service disruption.


🛠️ Support Scope

  • 3 days of basic technical support after project delivery is included.

  • Ongoing updates, edits, or new features are available at an extra cost.


📱 Communication & Availability

  • We are available to take calls after 8 PM IST only.

  • WhatsApp or email queries are welcome anytime, and will be responded to as per availability.


📦 Add-on Services (Optional)

  • Payment Gateway, Shipping Integration, and Social Media Setup are available as complimentary add-ons, but not covered in the 72-hour timeline.

  • We help you set up accounts, but approval from Razorpay, Shiprocket, etc., is your responsibility.
